remove DocumentType from maxRechnung test files

Both maxRechnung files contain cac:AdditionalDocumentReference/cbc:DocumentType, which throws UBL-CR-114 - A UBL invoice should not include the AdditionalDocumentReference DocumentType; DocumentType can be replaced with DocumentDesription, which represents BT-123 "Supporting Document description" in UBL Invoice and CreditNote
