adapting for conversion of eforms-sdk-1.12.0

Aleksandra Milenkovic requested to merge convert_sdk-1.11.0 into main
  • adaptation to changes in the source excel file: additional sheet, added E6, removed BTs
  • adaptation to the changes coming with eforms-sdk-1.12.0 fields.json: added business entities, introduced version in codelists
  • special adaptation done for handling rows that still exist in excel but are in strikethrough font - those BTs/BGs should be removed from the model
  • customized implementation done for special case of BT-67 being replaced now with BT-67(a) and BT-67(b), as the fields in eforms-sdk-1.12.0 still have reference to btId = BT-67, but in order to have codelists references and syntax bindings correct we need to use the new bt ids BT-67(a) and BT-67(b)
