HTML localization and many other things

Support for HTML localization (see #60 (closed))

Newly translated strings are at the end of en.xml after comment

Original HTML transformation contains the following two English terms instead of German ones:

  • Document level allowance reason code
  • Document level charge reason code

This should be turned into German. Is the following proper translation?

  • Nachlässe auf Ebene der Rechnung
  • Zuschläge auf Ebene der Rechnung
